Welcome to Therapy with Natalya!
About Me
Hello and thank you for your interest in my site.
I'm Natalya, a warm and compassionate pluralistic therapist, registered with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
I work with adults and young people. I work in schools and in the Youth Health Service (part of the NHS) as a counsellor.
I have a special interest in PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) and other premenstrual disorders.
I am a member of the Clinical Advisory Board for the PMDD Project Charity and I also run Glasgow's first support group for women and AFAB (assigned female at birth) individuals, diagnosed with PMDD.
My Approach
I currently offer online and in-person therapy sessions. I offer sessions on a short-term or long-term basis.
Creating a safe space and building a relationship with you is at the heart of my practice. I aim to provide an empathic, non-judgemental approach where you will feel heard, valued, and accepted.
